Media update:

Alcor, CI, and cryonics in general will be on "Next Step"
Wednesday, May 8 at 9:30 p.m, May 9 at 1:30 a.m, and May 11 at 6:30
p.m.

We have also filmed segments for CNN, "Beyond 2000," the BBC,
and MTV's "Zoo TV". No air dates on those yet. And no dates set on
the Discovery Channel 1-hour documentary yet.

I just found out that the Canadian Broadcasting Co. show "Future
World" will be airing a segment on nanotechnology with some
additional discussion about cryonics. They hope to do a longer
program on cryonics next year sometime as they grow to understand the
issues better.

The Future World show will air this coming Saturday, May 11 at
11:00 a.m. (|Toronto time), repeat at 11:30 p.m. Saturday, and again
at 3:00 p.m. Sunday

Please let your Canadian friends and members know.
