Does this mean that if you commit 5 or 6 figures for a heart
transplant, you should have the right to

* eat a large meal before surgery?

* purchase your new heart on the black market?
(widely advertising your intentions to do so)

* cancel your medical insurance days before the surgery?

(to name by analogy just a small fraction of the patient-generated
problems encountered during the cryonics case in question)
