Hi again!

About recruiting "rich people": some "rich people" have joined already, others
have not. It is extremely unlikely that Bill Gates or any other such person
will decide to join a cryonics society. That is a dream which has gone on for
as long as cryonics has existed, and it has led nowhere.

Whether or not we can or will tithe (10% of the income of someone who makes
$10,000 is a whole lot more significant to that person than 10% of the income
of someone who makes $1000000) we should constantly think of contributing to
cryonics whenever the thought of contributing to SOMETHING ... some cause or
other ... bubbles up into our conscious minds. Just getting the habit would
help a lot.

And one further point: it would important, given our current IRS, that we all
have a good idea of possible tax consequences of such contributions. If we
make an investment in a cryonics company, on the other hand (unfortunately),
it would have to be with risk money, money we can afford to lose. I'm glad for
the guy who made $400,000 when BioTime went public, but (unless we have a way
to learn early about such events) that isn't what would probably happen.

			Best and long long life,
