Subject: Prometheus project :how to get money?

Sorry, no money for the time. That is sad because that idea may be the most
interesting one in two years. Now, may be I can help some european cryonet
reader to take an indirect sare in the project.

I have a large field, more than 30 acres in southern France less than 3 mi. from
sea and many kilometers of sand beach. A large road allows a neat access, there
is water and electricity, a nearby mountain and "a small Las Vegas"two miles
away. In July or August, you can put a trailer or mobil-home and rent it for $
300 a week. (I do that myself, I was out of the net for one month because I was
working on that field). If you rent a trailer for six weeks, you get $ 1800, if
that is seen as a 7.5 percent interest rate on a capital, that capital is: $ 24
000. I have too much candidates for my mobil-home, so I can give some.

I sell ten parts, each counting for 1000 sq. meters or near .3 acre, at $ 10 000
each. You can buy them with a low interest rate loan for real estate
products. Each part sold will translates into a $ 2000/yrs pledge for the
Prometheus project, I don't want any money for myself from that operation. The
Prometheus shares will be managed by a nonprofit association. Each buyer will

be a member of the association and so will keep an eye on how the money is used.

There is another possibility open to everyone: Use some land to produce some
medicinal plants. The work would be done by local people and the product or the
money produced would be sent to the owner. Internet would provide the link
between operators on the field and owners. After two or three years the return
could be larger than the rented trailer solution. Unfortunately, I can't give
hard estimate: I am only experimenting this year that solution for myself. On
the other side I have a 5 years record in mobil-home renting and so I know what
are the possibilities in that sector.

I think that may be your best chance to put money in an interesting research
project without risk. If Prometheus shares fall to zero, I'll would have done
the worst investment possible. On the other hand, buyer will have a undisturbed
investment they can sell back with a 140 percent benefit.

To summarize, you invest $ 10 000, get back $ 1800/year and can sell back your
land at $ 24 000. Prometheus get $ 2000/yrs for 10 years and I take the risk.
Write me for more informations. To be sure, this is a limited in time proposal,
I have 50 parts for sale, most of them at real price outside Cryonet and the
Net. If you are interested, you can sell them and get a 15 percent commission (
$ 3600 ) on each part, write me too for that.

If you have no money, selling one part outside the net at full price and asking
for no commission would be a way to contribute to Prometheus, as the full price
would be pledged to that project (If it don't materialize, you get back your
commission and the remaining money will be invested in other cryonics related
researches).
