Sorry, I also am a Canadian who is not even familiar with *Canadian* tax
write-off provisions. Others will have to speak to your tax related ideas.
Naturally, from my point of view in trying to raise money for an all-out
assault on Death, I welcome *any* moral methods which allow more money to be
pledged to the Prometheus Project.

A pledge for a front end lump sum payment of $8,000.00 has already been
accepted as equivalent to a pledges of $1K/ yr for 10 years.

The $100.00 unit has always been part of the pledge parameters, as long as
the minimum of $1K/yr is met. I also suggested that the initial share
offering should be at $100.00 per share. Shares can then be split to smaller
values when the company goes public. The entitlement of pledge/purchasers to
purchase additional shares is:

1. Each pledger who becomes a yearly share purchaser (this includes lump
sum pledgers since there shares will only be given to them yearly) will
each year receive a warrant for additional share purchases at the same
price of up to 25% of that year's purchase under the terms of a prior
     pledge.
2. This warrant will be valid for 10 year less the age of the company
executing the project at the time the warrant is issued or until the
company goes public whichever comes first.

Yes, and that is why I urge everyone to seriously consider getting in on the
"ground floor" of this possibly high rising project, which even if it doesn't
rise high, will strongly contribute to the extension of their lives.
I also believe that once we get past the pledge amounts of $500K/yr or over
$5,000,000.00 total, we will start to get major recognition and publicity.

Thanks, Olaf for your ideas. May I look forward to soon receiving your
pledge?
