I think Brian Wowk made a valid point. Even if you were critical you 
have to wait till the nurse gets to carry out the Md's orders. My ex-wife 
is an ER doctor. She complains frequently about this. When I was in the 
CCU I used simple lanquage. The only complaint I heard was from my nurse 
who said it would be unfair to the other patients if they died. I can live 
with that. Whether you like it or not the hospital chaplain is going to 
be your best means for communicating your wishes. Remember the latter it 
is important. Your future depends on it.
