Is science or philosophy to say : " A day, nanomachines will put back at the proper place the displaced by freezing 10~24 (or so) atoms in a frozen human organism" ? I am a scientist and not a philosopher. I conclude : "Nobody knows if the chances are equal to zero". What do you want more from me ? I would be very interested and happy to have privately the opinions on this of Mrs VISSER, Mr FAHY, Mr MERKLE and Mr BOUTRON, who are true Scientists, and big ones ! And also, of Mr Mike DARWIN FEDOROWICZ and of Mrs and Mr CHAMBERLAIN who have the credit to have an immense knowledge. Re #7373 I have told : "...IN THE GENERAL CASE..." The corpses preserved in Medical schools dont belong to the general case. They are exceptions chosen by the medical Authorities for their needs and on their criteria. When you intend to freeze a human beeing, you can make that only under laws valid for the whole population and not for exceptions, even if they are few, for a question of symmetry and because not you chose the patients. Watch how much new cryogenizations will tolerate now the French administrative Authorities. Anatole DOLINOFF Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=7374
