How long does the toxicity take to happen?  I thought the idea was to
put the cryoprotectant in and later take it out while the organ was
cold but still above freezing, before the cryoprotectant kills it.

I understand the people who know the answer to this may still be under
non-disclosure, so I will understand if there is no answer.
