     Re the recent traffic on the effectiveness of necklaces, bracelets,  
and wallet cards, I will throw out a silly idea that just might work.

     I am sure that at one time or another in the past several years you 
have all seen and heard a talking or musical greeting card, or a nasty 
remark generator, or some other small device that synthesizes words or 
music when activated.  Presumably, a wallet-sized card could be made using 
this technology that would shout "EMERGENCY -- READ THIS CARD FOR 
INSTRUCTIONS" when removed from the confines of a wallet.  It would also 
have printed on it our emergency messages.

     It would certainly get attention.  The question is, is it 
economically feasable.  Would one of our members out there undertake to 
track down this technology and get an estimate of the cost for us.
