I am sure that at one time or another in the past several years you have all seen and heard a talking or musical greeting card, or a nasty remark generator, or some other small device that synthesizes words or music when activated. Presumably, a wallet-sized card could be made using this technology that would shout "EMERGENCY -- READ THIS CARD FOR INSTRUCTIONS" when removed from the confines of a wallet. It would also have printed on it our emergency messages. It would certainly get attention. The question is, is it economically feasable. Would one of our members out there undertake to track down this technology and get an estimate of the cost for us. Hugh Hixon at Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=917
