However, Reno, who held a weekly news briefing Thursday, said the Justice Department is still considering an internal review to determine whether doctors who prescribe lethal doses violate medical practices. Thomas Constantine, head of the DEA, last fall wrote that the act would prohibit lethal prescriptions.
