Subject: Response To Donaldson

In (9630), Thomas Donaldson says that "the
idea behind cryonics seems to have been lost by those
such as Saul." He then goes on to define cryonics,
presumably for my benefit and for the benefit of those
such as me.

I can assure you, Thomas, that I fully understand
the idea of cryonics and that I (nor any like me) have lost it.

In (9631) Thomas discusses the expectation
that cryonics will grow slowly. He concludes his post with
the statement that: "...just because a tree grows slowly is no
reason to decide it should be cut down."

Thomas, what tree are you referring to? Who
do you believe has suggested that the tree be "cut down"?
And what is the basis for your statement?
