Also it could help divert funds otherwise left to relations to cryonics if
provision could be made for relatives to receive some income from the funds
whilst the relatives are still alive, but the principal remains with the
cryonics organisation. Such an arrangement is not uncommon where a husband
leaves his assets to his wife in trust for his children, the widow getting
only the income. This prevents his widow from re-marrying and leaving the
assets she had inherited from her first husband to someone else's children.

Unfortunately the legal profession makes this very difficult by heaping
parasitic costs onto it, both to set up and run.

The only possible solution would be to domicile such trusts in a safe
libertarian country where they would not be subject to legal adventuring.
Finding such a location and producing such a form of trust may require
substantial expense, more than a single individual could reasonably justify.
Therefore the trust needs to be manufactured and then sold to many people.
Maybe the Reanimation Foundation's trust would meet some of these
requirements.
