Three cryonicists - an Alcor Director, an Alcor Reform
member, and a normal cryonicist - were . . . one
wish before we shoot you.
The Alcor Director spoke first. For my wish, since . . . two hours to explain my position.
The Alcor Reformer then said, For my wish I . . . can
do to change the system, how democracy will bring
accountability to Alcor and turn (Wed, 13 Feb 2008, 13 KB) |

Even Pizer's attempt to democratize Alcor is doomed in

MY OPINION OF WHAT IS WRONG AT ALCOR.
Or, PIZER VS MERKLE a debate?
Director Ralph Merkle recently posted a position paper
on Alcor site. Someone sent me a copy of . . . read Dr.
Merkle's whole paper on Alcor's website.
MERKLE SAID: Alcor is governed by a "self perpetuating
Board." . . . otherwise. The evidence seems to show that Alcor is
going downhill fast. Merkle doesn't . . . run by
a dictatorship or in a democracy.

As an Alcor member, it is difficult for me to . . . that many members are "retail" customers of Alcor, who
don't want to get involved, . . . that you point

Subject: Avoiding Decomposition at Alcor
For about 45 years I have been . . . business advancing or
declining.
The indicators about Alcor's business are very
concerning. Recently on Cryonet, Dr. Stodolsky
reviewed some of Alcor's performance indicators and
his conclusion was very alarming to me. When Dr.
Stodolsky compared Alcor's performance to our main
competitor, Cryonics Institute, Alcor seemed to be
heading to a grave . . . IS A DICTATORSHIP AND CI IS A
DEMOCRACY.
