Interactive Map Function Now Available
RaceDates announces new interactive map feature

Ridgefield, NJ - RaceDates announces interactive maps are now available. "We had the traveling athlete in mind when we created this feature" says Wayne Langan co-founder of the site. "Many athletes plan trips around their racing schedules, others enjoy competing when they are out of town on business or when visiting friends and family." After selecting the type of event, distance and location where the athlete wishes to compete, the search results now include interactive maps hyper linked to the name of the city where the event is to take place. Users who are interested in an event, yet unfamiliar with the location, may simply select the city name and an interactive map is rendered for them. The map is scaleable and turn-by-turn directions are also available. This new mapping function, which is provided by MapsOnUs, is available just in time for the 1999 summer race season.
RaceDates provides detailed event information such as date, location, entry fee, course description, contact, awards, course records and more.
