      The Minutes of the 1998 CryoCare Annual General Meeting have now
been posted to the CryoCare Website at:

     By the Bylaws of CryoCare Foundation, the Annual General Meeting of
the Directors is always open to the public. All of the Minutes of our 
meetings are posted at our website. The 1998 Minutes in particular should
give anyone interested a very thorough understanding of the issues which
are currently pre-occupying CryoCare Members, Officers and Directors.
