Subject: bad news about cashews
Date: Tue, 26 Dec 2006 23:00:20 +1100

The bad news about cashews is that they are much more expensive than
peanuts. I buy peanuts weekly, usually 750 grams. Yes, they are fattening
but I substituted them for peanut butter which I no longer eat (and which I
assume is even more fattening).

I don't need to worry about my blood pressure, which is consistently around
120 / 65. The fact that I am a vegetarian probably helps.
